SHIPPING POLICY

Mount Moon TCG currently only ships to addresses within Australia.

SHIPPING RATES

• Standard shipping is calculated and displayed at checkout for orders below A$150.
• Free standard shipping is automatically applied to eligible orders with a product subtotal of A$150 or more after discounts.
• Express shipping is available at the rate displayed at checkout.
• Local pickup may be available where shown during checkout.

PROCESSING AND DISPATCH

Orders are generally dispatched from Perth, Western Australia within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends or on Western Australian public holidays begin processing on the next business day. Processing may take longer during major product launches or unusually busy periods.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY

Tracking details will be emailed after dispatch.

Delivery timeframes displayed at checkout or provided by the delivery carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed. Mount Moon TCG is not responsible for carrier delays outside our reasonable control, but we will assist with genuine delivery enquiries.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us promptly if an address needs to be corrected. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

DAMAGED OR MISSING PARCELS

If an order arrives damaged or appears to be missing, email mountmoonrob@gmail.com with your order number and relevant photographs or tracking information so we can investigate.
